The setting was unbeatable, close to the center, restaurants, and the local market. The room was big size and tasteful and offered a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The staff was best, hospitable, and everything was great.

Traditional hotel in a local area close enough to restaurants and the local market. Great location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Giant Plane Tree. A huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Tasteful and impressive room with shared bathroom and central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The beautiful old villa provided spacious rooms with a balcony, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views. The owner, Marina, was incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. She made us a delicious breakfast and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with everything in the city center just a short walk away. We felt at home and made wonderful memories during our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, as Telavi can get quite hot.

Our stay at Guest House Top Floor was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The house itself is like a museum, showcasing the unique family history of the owners. The 3rd-floor leisure area, complete with a billiard table, was a great way to relax. Our room was cozy, clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and an amusement park. Marina, the owner, and her son were lovely and always available to help with anything. I highly recommend this beautiful guest house to anyone visiting.

The host was really friendly and gave us a warm welcome. She even offered us wine when we arrived, which was really nice. The house was spacious with lots of balconies, and the quiet garden was great for relaxing and enjoying some wine in the evening. The location was also convenient, being close to the center and a nearby entertainment park. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

One downside was that when we booked, there were no double-bed rooms available. However, this wasn't a big issue for us.

Clean and spacious rooms at Guest House Top Floor. Great location near Erekle Castle and other attractions in the center.- The hosts - Temur - Nona, and Marina - are warm and welcoming.- Temur offers a fantastic tour of Telavi.

The guesthouse in Telavi is incredibly welcoming and caring. The owner and her son speak multiple languages, making communication easy. The rooms are picturesque and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel also offers private tours with knowledgeable drivers, including guided tours in German. The location is convenient, and the owners are supportive, even helping with trip organization and luggage storage. a highly recommended and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming family house in Telavi. The owner, Marina, greeted us with great hospitality and even offered us a glass of wine upon arrival. The spacious wooden house had lovely balconies and a quiet garden, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location was convenient, close to the city center and entertainment park. The breakfast, although lacking in specific Georgian dishes, was still delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Telavi.
